Senior Services invites adults to explore the arts through classes being offered FREE OF CHARGE.
Zumba Gold is the Zumba Fitness program that is designed for the older, active participant or the newcomer to exercise or to Zumba Fitness. It uses the same Latin and international rhythms as the Zumba Fitness class but does not include any high-impact moves. Everyone works at their own level and it is a great way to start your Zumba Fitness Journey.
