Senior Services Invites you to join in Family Jams featuring HealthRhythms presented by John Beck, Coordinator for Arts & Health Partnerships, UNC School of the Arts. This drumming activity is designed to increase energy, positive mood, and relaxation. This activity is open to all ages.
