Introduction to Intergenerational String Orchestra

Join us for a 6-week, beginner-friendly string instrument class designed for caregivers ages 60+ and their child(ren) ages 8+.
Intergenerational music-making offers numerous benefits, including strengthening bonds, building confidence, and fostering meaningful communication.

Classes are offered in partnership with the Winston-Salem Symphony.

Tuition: $50 per family (caregiver & child) $15 per additional child, $30 for a single adult. An instrument (violin, viola, or cello) will be loaned to each participant for the duration of the program.  Participants & children will need to be registered, and tuition paid in advanced directly to the WS Symphony using the links below.
