Intro to Spinning Yarn on a Wheel

Discover the magic of turning fiber into yarn with textile artist Jillian Chekan.  This one day introductory class will cover the basics of yarn structure, fiber properties, preparation, and yarn finishing all while learning to spin on a wheel. Whether a weaver, knitter or crocheter learn about how to make the right yarn for your project.  Ages 14 and up.
