Navigating the early months after a loss can be challenging.  Grief impacts us in many ways—in fact, it can touch every part of who we are and how we relate with the world. Join the bereavement team from Trellis Supportive Care for an engaging conversation and ideas to help you cope with grief.

This session is open to adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. The workshop provides resources and coping strategies to help you feel more supported.
