Grief Retreat for Adults

As part of its annual Camp Carousel, Trellis Supportive Care offers a Day Retreat for Adults. This experiential retreat will foster creative and mindful grief practices. Participants will explore feelings, share memories, and build coping skills in a supportive community. Open to adults who are grieving the death of a loved one.
